For each mobile station the min.
required Tx power of the serving base station is determined to reach the
mobile station. The interference (co-channel and thermal noise) in the downlink
is considered for the determination of the required power.
This map is determined individually for each MCS or service. The capabilities
of the mobile stations (defined for this MCS or service) are additionally
considered (i.e. noise figure in MS, MS antenna gain,...).
If the required
Tx power is higher than the
max. available Tx power of the serving base station, the mobile station will
not be reached and the pixel will not be assigned to the cell.
