WinProp
is the main product of AWE Communications. The development of WinProp started in the mid 1990's and
WinProp runs on standard PCs with MS Windows (7, XP, Vista, 2000 - all 32 bit and 64 bit
versions are supported).
The propagation and network planning engines are additionally available as DLLs (for Windows and Linux operating systems) and can
be included via an API into any other software package.
Together
with several partners AWE
Communications was able to develop a software package ideally suited
for propagation modeling in
different
scenarios
(rural,
urban,
indoor,
tunnels,...)
and for network planning of different air interfaces
(LTE,
3G,
2G/2.5G,
WLAN,
WiMAX ,
DVB-H/
DVB-SH,...).
