Introduction

RF-vu from iBwave is an in-building wireless software that automates
the design process. RF-vu goes beyond predicting network
coverage by providing one software tool to perform and create
advanced RF calculations, project documentation, real-time
linked schematic diagrams and floor plans with antenna
contours and automated reports.

Integration

RF-Propagation
is an add-on module to RF-vu PRO, iBwave’s in-building
wireless network planning software. This module factors in all
obstacles inherent to in-building wireless environments.
RF-Propagation extends the versatility and accuracy of RF-vu
layout plans with advanced propagation models built into one
common design interface. Engineers can be “prediction
proficient” within hours.
The PF-Propagation engine is based on
AWE's Dominant Path
Prediction Model.
